Please remember鈥�鈥齌he Annual Conference is about children, not for children. For safety reasons, we cannot allow children or strollers in the exhibit hall鈥痮r in session areas. 鈥疘f you have children 鈥媋ccompanying you to Anaheim, CA, we ask that you make alternative arrangements for childcare. Find an accredited program near Anaheim We appreciate your understanding as we work hard to keep everyone safe.

Refunds/Cancellations:听Fees are nonrefundable after October 7, 2024. Cancellations submitted by October 7 will incur a $100 processing charge. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation by phone will not be accepted. When submitting a refund request, please fax it to 415-293-4746 or send an email to [email protected]. Please include the name and registration ID of each registrant and the name of the organization or person receiving the refund. Refund requests are processed after the Annual Conference using the same method of payment used for Registration.鈥�

Please note: No refunds will be issued for Group registrations; only substitutions will be permitted.鈥�
