Thank you for your interest in applying to serve as an 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Proposal Reviewer.Ìý Proposal reviewers read through and assess proposals for theÌý51³Ô¹ÏÍø Annual ConferenceÌýheld in November. This is an important process that helps ensure high-quality content at 51³Ô¹ÏÍø’s professional events.
To apply:ÌýPlease read the information below about the proposal review process and expectations for reviewers. On the following pages, you will be asked to provide individual contact and demographic information as well as confirm your willingness and ability to meet the expectations for this role. You will also be asked to attach a resume (in Word or PDF format).
Anyone who is selected to serve as a peer reviewer and successfully completes the review of proposals by the deadline(s) communicated will receive one non-transferable, complimentary registration for theÌýevent.Ìý

Eligibility and Selection Process
Any 51³Ô¹ÏÍø member may apply to be a proposal reviewer. Applications are reviewed for relevant knowledge, experience, and background in conjunction with the knowledge, skills, and backgrounds represented by the current pool of 51³Ô¹ÏÍø proposal reviewers. Regular access to a computer is required because all review work is completed online, and communications primarily take place via email.

Expectations forÌýAnnual ConferenceÌýProposal ReviewersÌý
- Complete an online review of proposals (approximately 50) for topic track(s) within a reviewer’s area of expertise.
- Select a designated number of proposals to recommend for inclusion in the program.
- For the majority of tracks, collaborate with a fellow peer reviewer during the recommendation process.
- From start to finish, the Annual Conference review process usually falls from lateÌýFebruary through the end ofÌýMarch.
